We want you to love our product. We also understand once in a while that doesn’t happen in rare cases. That’s why we’re happy to accept returns and exchanges (if they qualify such as damaged items) within 14 days of the order date. - We won’t accept responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of a lost package without proof of delivery
- If we receive an item unfit for return, we will send it back with an explanation of why we cannot accept it
- We promptly handle returns and exchanges after the return shipment is received
- Refunds are always credited to the original form of payment
- The time it takes for a refund to post to your account can vary from bank to bank
