We want you to love our product. We also understand once in a while that doesn’t happen in rare cases. That’s why we’re happy to accept returns and exchanges (if they qualify such as damaged items) within 14 days of the order date. PLEASE NOTE:

  • We won’t accept responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of a lost package without proof of delivery
  • If we receive an item unfit for return, we will send it back with an explanation of why we cannot accept it
  • We promptly handle returns and exchanges after the return shipment is received
  • Refunds are always credited to the original form of payment
  • The time it takes for a refund to post to your account can vary from bank to bank
